Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• Standard delivery time is typically up to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

• Please note: delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary.

• Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain amount, as specified on our website.

Delivery Coverage
Currently, we ship orders within Israel only. If you wish to inquire about international shipping, please contact us directly at yonatangarini@gmail.com.

Delays
Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to courier delays, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control. Arava Distillery does not guarantee delivery dates and shall not be held liable for any delays beyond its control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Pickup Option
Customers may choose self-pickup from our distillery in Tzofar, Israel. Please contact us in advance to arrange a pickup time.
