Our beloved Gali

He was a heroic soldier who never stopped protecting and helping others. Gali served at Gadsar Nahal, a special forces unit and heroically sacrificed his life to defend the Sufa military outpost on October 7, 2023.

On Gali's WhatsApp, there's a moto that says, "Don't forget to help." This motto guided Gali throughout his life, demonstrating his boundless heart, generosity, and willingness to assist others.

Gali loved the distillery. From the start, he believed in the idea and was proud of the product. I remember him entering unexpectedly, just like that, in the middle of a workday. He would walk around a bit, ask some questions, look around, touch things, get excited, and then move on to his next adventure.

Gali had golden hands and was an excellent technician. Among other things, he used to fix broken radios and speaker systems, with a talent for finding broken treasures and repairing them, living by the saying, "One man's trash is another man's treasure." So he always had something to fix and, combined with his generosity, something to give. Gali set up, brought, and installed the radio and music system at the distillery for us. There isn't a day without music, and there isn't a day without Gali.

We love and miss him dearly.
